The Annex

The Annex is a great place to relax and unwind, its uplifting colors and simple decor is just what takes you away from day to day life.
The Annex is placed in close but totally separate proximity of the homestead which makes it ideal to use as an addition to the homestead accommodation or just by itself.

Wake up in an idyllic spot in Rotorua nestled among bushes and beautiful flowers. The sounds of birds chirping faintly. Smells of flowers and fresh coffee... Make your own fresh orange juice from oranges picked from the orange grove, and watch the chickens wandering about. This property is up a quiet rural road, is private and exclusive, close to town, the airport and Redwood Forest. The lovely, cosy studio is nestled among landscaped gardens and native bush. The site is very peaceful and tranquil. There is a great walk up the road with spectacular views over the lake and city. Okere Falls store with its great food and coffee is only 10 minutes up the road.

Enjoy Rotorua's best – mountain biking for all skill levels, walks in the redwood forest, lakes and hot pools as well as all the various adventure tourism activities. For road cyclists there are many routes to choose from, around Lake Rotorua or in the Waikite Valley. The Saturday morning market in Kirau Park offers the chance to sample some different foods as well as wander through the steaming hot pools. Eateries abound on Eat Street in the CBD.
